Job Title: CONTRACT MANAGER
Job summary: The Contracts Manager’s responsibilities are to set up Contracts Department to upgrade technology for efficiency position department to be able to quote and administer infrastructural projects for private clients profitably includes Oil & Gas sector.
Summary of essential job functions
Set up Contract Department
Prepare and submit claims for payments (valuations) monthly
Write monthly reports for all designated sites Draft contracts and contract related documents
Vet all subcontract orders with QS prior to authorizing orders.
Liaise with Project manager, operations manager and other parties involved with designated projects regularly.
Minimum requirements Must be a qualified Quantity Surveyor Minimum 10 years experience Has sufficient knowledge on current QS software packages
Nice-to-have: Educational Background obtained a degree in Contract Administration/management or related field from a University in the UK particularly Scotland trained or gained relevant experience in that environment
Job Title: PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Job summary: The Procurement Manager is responsible for buying the best quality equipment, goods and services for the Company at the most competitive prices. He oversees supply chain management and procurement, possibly on a worldwide scale. Procurement management is an important role for the Company. More than two thirds of revenue can be spent on buying the company's products or services, meaning the procurement manager can make a real difference in cost saving.
Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree Experience: Experience of a Minimum of 10 years in Procurement, especially gained in Building/Civil Construction related Industry
Has handled both local and foreign purchases with good track record of best cost and efficient strategies for the company.
Job Title: TECHNICAL MANAGER
Job duties:
1. Solicit & analyse bids; manage supplier relationships to maximize quality and meet schedules; develop and execute subcontracts.
2. Working with our Construction team, to research and evaluate vendor pricing options for construction materials, and related items.
3. Advanced negotiation and vendor management skills are essential.
4. This role will involve occasional travel to jobsites, vendors, and other O'Neal offices as required.
5. Construction operations and field experience is desired.
6. Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum M.Sc Architecture Qualification.
5-7 years post-qualification Experience.
Knowledge of relevant design policies, AEC specifications, technical & codes, standards and regulations
Experience in Institutional, Health Care, Infrastructural Design. -Add-on
Experience in FEED & EPC Design build projects
COMPUTER LITERACY & SOFTWARE DEMANDS/PROFICIENCY Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Word processing Microsoft Office. Project Management MS Project.
Candidate should have good knowledge of Design and Technical specification for a trading Company majorly in building materials.
